How to open an account for a non-resident individual?
If you are not a resident, you can open an account only in person. Here is what you will need:
- Identification document — passport;
- IIN - an individual identification number confirming the registration of a non-resident individual as a taxpayer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, necessary for opening a bank account in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Any document confirming the right to stay in the territory of the Republic (visa or a document replacing a visa, notice of arrival of a foreigner/immigrant, certificate of temporary registration of an immigrant, residency registration on a passport and other document);
- Kazakhstani number or any other with the code +7.
What account certificates can I get?
You can get a certificate of the presence/absence of bank accounts, statement of debt and remuneration for it, as well as a certificate for participation in online procurement at the branches of the bank. If it is not possible to be present at the bank, then you can issue an attested power of attorney to a third party. The power of attorney must contain a clause on receipt of bank account certificates.

The bank does not have a mobile application for individuals.

An account can be opened in the following currencies: KZT, EUR, RUB, USD, CNY.
How are accounts closed?
The client can close the account independently by contacting bank branches. The Bank has the right to terminate the Current Account Agreement unilaterally if the account is declared inactive and/or there is no money in the Client’s account for more than the period provided for by the Current legislation.
