1. You open an account at Zaman Bank and a crypto wallet from our partner Deliryo in the mobile app.
2. You submit a crypto transfer request and enter information about your foreign counterparty.
3. You confirm the transaction terms (amount, rate, and commission).
4. The foreign counterparty sends USDT or USDC to the specified crypto wallet.
5. Our partner Deliryo verifies receipt and converts the cryptocurrency.
6. The converted funds in tenge are credited to your account at ZAMAN BANK.

Yes. You can receive transfers from the US, EU countries, and other jurisdictions where crypto transactions are not restricted. The manager will clarify the full list of available countries during onboarding.

You receive fiat currency in tenge (KZT) credited to your company’s account at ZAMAN BANK. Cryptocurrency abroad is simply the payment method for your counterparty.

Funds are credited to your account at ZAMAN BANK in full compliance with applicable legislation and financial monitoring procedures. You receive standard banking documents and statements for your accounting needs. All transactions undergo AML/KYC compliance checks.

No. Your counterparty only needs a crypto wallet or an exchange account from which they can send USDT/USDC. In some cases, additional counterparty information may be required for compliance checks.

The commission and exchange rate are agreed with you before the transaction and fixed prior to sending the payment. You see in advance how much tenge you will receive and confirm the terms. There are no hidden fees after the transaction.

Once the cryptocurrency is received and the blockchain transaction is confirmed, we proceed with conversion and crediting. In most cases, funds arrive on the same day, depending on bank operating hours and blockchain network load.
