• In which cities does the bank have branches?
  There are branches in 3 cities in the country: Astana, Almaty, Ekibastuz.

• How to open an account for a non-resident individual?

  If you are not a resident, you can open an account only in person. Here is what you will need:

  • Identification document — passport;
  • IIN - an individual identification number confirming the registration of a non-resident individual as a taxpayer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, necessary for opening a bank account in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Any document confirming the right to stay in the territory of the Republic (visa or a document replacing a visa, notice of arrival of a foreigner/immigrant, certificate of temporary registration of an immigrant, residency registration on a passport and other document);
  • Kazakhstani number or any other with the code +7.
• What account certificates can I get?
  You can get a certificate of the presence/absence of bank accounts, statement of debt and remuneration for it, as well as a certificate for participation in online procurement at the branches of the bank. If it is not possible to be present at the bank, then you can issue an attested power of attorney to a third party. The power of attorney must contain a clause on receipt of bank account certificates.
• How can I get acquainted with the Bank's tariffs?
  Bank's tariffs for individuals can be found in the section "Bank’s Tariffs" on the website.
• How much does a certificate about bank accounts cost?
  According to the Bank's tariffs, providing a certificate "On the presence/absence of bank accounts, statement of debt and remuneration for it, as well as a certificate for participation in online procurement" at the request of a Client is free of charge.
• What are the operating hours of the exchange office?
  Working hours of the exchange office in the Bank's branches:
  From 09:00 to 17:00;
  13:00-14:00 – break;
  Saturday, Sunday – closed.
  
• If the details were incorrectly entered during the transfer, what should I do?
  You must contact the branch of the bank and file an application.
  The sender is responsible for entering the transfer details.
• Is there a bank mobile application for individuals?
  The bank does not have a mobile application for individuals.
• In which currencies is it possible to open an account?
  An account can be opened in the following currencies: KZT, EUR, RUB, USD, CNY.
• How are accounts closed?
  The client can close the account independently by contacting bank branches. The Bank has the right to terminate the Current Account Agreement unilaterally if the account is declared inactive and/or there is no money in the Client’s account for more than the period provided for by the Current legislation.
